La Boutique

L’Atelier

A fun space to cook, learn, and relax, where guests can immerse themselves in the art of cooking and preparing meals to honor local ingredients and flavors. In the cooking classes, Chef Sylvie and her talented team celebrate the flavors of Haiti while fostering community and connection.

Le Bistro

An ever-evolving menu highlights the best of local ingredients. Each dish tells a story, drawing inspiration from both traditional recipes and modern influences. Imagine savoring a perfectly grilled lobster tail paired with a fragrant vegetable étouffée, or indulging in a rich pain patate (sweet potato pudding) that melts in your mouth.
