Join us at L’Atelier for a hands-on culinary adventure that will ignite your passion for cooking! Whether you’re discovering new recipes or perfecting beloved classics, our classes are designed to be both educational and enjoyable. Sylvie and Stephanie share their love for cooking, guiding participants through each step of the process.

Our fully equipped kitchen accommodates 12 to 18 guests per class, featuring six cooking stations that allow you to unleash your inner chef and forge new friendships. Each class menu varies based on the seasonal, local ingredients we use and is tailored to accommodate participants' dietary restrictions. The exact menu will change from one experience to another, revealed during the class or announced in advance, ensuring that every session is exciting and unique.

After cooking, participants can relish their culinary creations on the cozy covered outdoor terrace of Le Bistro, enjoying the delightful ambiance that complements the meal.

At Haiti Bites, we are passionate about caring for our local community and environment. Following these guest classes, a heartfelt donation is made by us to the guest chef’s foundation of choice.

Home Cook - Creativity in the Kitchen

This three-day course covers kitchen safety and hygiene, must-have pantry spices, essential sauce bases (like béchamel and beurre blanc), roasting and carving poultry, cooking and filleting whole fish, mastering searing techniques, prepping pie crusts, and creatively using leftovers.
